We designed and developed a full trucking operations platform acting as a single source of truth for dispatching, safety, accounting, and fleet management.
The system includes an intelligent dispatch board, driver onboarding pipelines, compliance integrations, financial modules, and real-time dashboards for operational visibility.
All workflows were centralized into one platform, significantly simplifying coordination and execution for dispatchers and fleet managers.
AI capabilities were embedded to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
These include intelligent driver-to-load matching, OCR-based document processing for bills of lading and invoices, and anomaly detection for fuel usage and operational deviations.
